Your role

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

You will work in Asset Management, one of the leading investment managers in the world. We are a large-scale company which is well diversified across regions, capabilities and distribution channels. Out of the US, we manage one of the largest fund of hedge fund and real estate businesses in the world. We are also one of the major traditional fund houses in Europe and through our home bias, one of the most important financial institutions in Switzerland. Last but not least we have a long-standing commitment and strongly growing presence in APAC, which pre-dates many of our peers. You will immediately be part of the team, working with our experts and learning about the investments industry, our clients, our fi rm. You will have in-depth rotations in specific areas but keep the big picture throughout your training. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop, both intellectually and in terms of skills. You will have a unique opportunity to create a solid network within Asset Management, which will strongly benefit your future progression and growth. Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
• Preferred: We look for individuals who thrive in intellectually stimulating environments. The majority of our colleagues have degrees in finance, economics, engineering or mathematics but our scope is much broader. We are interested in social science or physical science majors, and there is not prerequisite coursework required. The reason for this approach is that experience has taught us that Individual Qualifications (Values and Personality) are equally or even more important than any specific major.
• Intellectual caliber: Logical reasoning, creative, innovative, genuine interest in the financial markets
• Values: Ethical, honest, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, team player.
• Personality: Responsible, pro-active, able to take decisions, good judgement, motivated, committed, attention to detail, goal oriented, can work independently.
• Skills: Numerical, analytical, problem solving, communication, structured.
