Your role Do you have passion and an understanding of the Middle East markets and culture? Do you want to learn about daily business alongside seasoned professionals? We're looking for someone like that to: • become the next generation of trusted advisors • learn the business of Wealth Management • process clients' orders and ensure proper execution of tasks related to client servicing and create investment proposals for clients and maintain client accounts under supervision of senior advisors • act as an intermediary to other internal service providers and closely collaborate with the sales and advisory team • support the management in various initiatives and projects
Graduate Talent Program Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team You'll be working in the Arabian Gulf Zurich desk, a team of Client Advisors covering HNWI and UHNWI clients in United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kingdom of Bahrain, Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman. Additionally you'll be completing several rotations in different teams of Global Wealth Management to broaden your network and gaining experience from various roles and markets.

Your expertise You need have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
In particular, you have: • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and excellent common sense • a flexible, curious, open-minded and collaborative personality (you're a people person) • an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products • a proactive, diligent and detail-oriented work style, even when under pressure • fluency in English, any further languages are a plus
