About the role: Operating a financial services business requires to have strong and secure systems to maintain the trust of our customers and thus continue to grow.
As the Senior Product Manager for Security, you'll own the following areas of our product: - User login & authentication mechanisms
- User identity & access management
- Data privacy
- Preventing fraud and spam
All those systems should support our operations across all the SEA markets Aspire is serving. You will build solutions for our customers as well as internal users, with the best user experience. You'll own and define the product roadmap for Security. You'll work closely with our Head of Information Security, Operations team, and the rest of the Product team to build, maintain and enhance those systems.
Responsibilities - Build solutions for user identity, authentication, data privacy and related areas.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
- Manage all lifecycle stages for your products, with end-to-end responsibility for their success: timely releases, successful internal communication, users adoption, compliance.
- Work with data analysts, designers, developers and QA engineers to execute your vision.
- Define and track key usage metrics of your products to track their adoption and improve them.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Aspire's products, market, and competition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response plans.
- Support special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as a PM for minimum 2 years. We don't require past experience of working in a fintech company.
- Preferable but not necessary - past experience in building products in areas of security, identity management, user authentication, data privacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with agile product development processes
- Curious & eager to learn new things
- Graduated from top universities with a Computer Science background
- Fluent in English
