  • APAC Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) is looking to cover the role of Regional Business Manager Head. The APAC CTI Business Manager head is mainly responsible for:
    • Overall CTI Governance
    • In Business Financial Management
    • Executive Reporting and Business Office Management
The Regional CTI Business Management team includes the following functional responsibilities:
  • Workforce Management, Productivity Management, Investment Management, Expense Management, Chargeback Operations and Business Office Support. The candidate must have strong Technology or O&T Financial Planning & Analysis experience, proven thought leadership and people management skills. The Regional Business Management Head will need to influence execution and results across all regional CTI functions, build strong relationships and partnerships with supporting functions to respond to management regular ad-hoc requests. He or she must be able to balance multiple requests and self-prioritize those requests in a manner that ensures promptly and effective completion, he or she must also demonstrate ability to lead change and develop innovative solutions and is expected to have regular interaction with Regional O&T Leadership and Global CTI leadership


  • 10+ years in O&T management experience, 7+ years financial P&L ownership, 5+ years executive communication and governance experience
  • Must be able to structure, plan and execute strategic analysis and initiatives
  • Very strong influencing and partnering skills
  • Strong skills in relationship building and management, presentations and communication
  • Highly-motivated, strong performer with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams
  • Must have people management experience, outstanding analytical capabilities, ability to produce executive reporting
  • Demonstrate leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered
  • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. Focus on delivery and execution; able to focus on details while seeing big picture
  • Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills, experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management and technical support teams
  • Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
