Description

  • Citi Global Consumer Group seeks an individual with a good mix of technical and architecture governance leadership skills to serve as the Lead Architect
  • In this role the Lead Architect will oversee adoption of enterprise  architecture standards and alignment by sector architecture to ensure Citi at an enterprise level adhere to policies & standards globally. The Lead architect will lead work very closely with Enterprise architecture working group and regionally with solution/domain architects
  • Other responsibilities include working with business partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and triaging and fixing operational issues
  • Architect must be able to adjust to constant business change; common types of changes include new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies
  • Architect requires the ability to interact, develop, engineer, and communicate collaboratively at the highest technical levels with clients, vendors, partners, and all levels of Citi GCT staff


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field
  • Or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of analysis and Architecture experience
  • Experience working in applications, systems or IT operations
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products
  • Experience leading an agile team environment
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies and environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Candidates will possess strong experience in Enterprise architecture standards/Framework like TOGAF, Zachman
  • Good in process understanding, and process control
  • Good communication skills to train workforce to understand the process and support it
  • Proven track record in ability to work with varied development teams, architects from different domains
  • Experience working individually as well as in a team structure
  • Experience  in tracking & producing insights into key metrics to show adherence to process
  • Support Architecture forums around design discussions, roadmap, partner engagements
