PMG COO Product Platforms owns, delivers and supports business platforms, helping the front office and product specialist teams to better serve the bank's various client segments. We take ownership, strive to understand a problem in detail, design a practicable solution, drive the change, bring it to life as well as maintain the solution to support the day to day running of business. You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.


  • Banking and Financial services experience preferably within capital markets, private banking, wealth management with basic understanding of financial products, product lifecycle, order management (order capture, execution, and booking).
  • Experience in delivering and/or supporting projects and digital transformation covering financial software which includes working on at least one order management and trade flow related project covering at least 2 asset classes FX, Fixed income, Equities and Derivatives/Structured Products.
  • Project paper development, requirements documentation, functional specifications and knowledge management (training packs), UAT management (scenarios and test cases)
  • Must have good stakeholder management, collaboration, presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Experience in financial software systems like ULLink/TradingScreen/FIS/Sungard and core banking systems like Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) and T24
  • Experience with project management, requirements management tools like Clarity, Jira, Quality Center
  • Exposure to both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance from a reputable university
  • Certifications in product management, business analysis, change management, program management, agile and/or waterfall project methodologies
