The Role Responsibilities


The Client Engagement Effectiveness (CEE) team sits within the Client Lifecycle Design & Management (CLDM) function of the Commercial, Corporate & Investment (CCIB) Banking Platform organisation. CEE owns and is responsible for defining, validating and delivering changes to the following front-line platforms:
  • WorkBench - Client Relationship Management (CRM), Deal Management, and Client Analytics Platform
  • theSource - Internal mobile application used by Global Banking (GB) relationship managers to provide the necessary information and tools on-the-move (eg. Key CRM capability, approvals etc)
  • Client Portal - Client onboarding initiation (document upload/contacts management) platform
  • iCDMS - Corporate clients' documentation repository
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Change Manager.
  • Manage incoming Change Requests (CRs) across the programme, including;
    • Understanding the problem statement, benefits case, funding and stakeholder support
    • Validating each CR against key programme principles
    • Facilitating initial solutioning discussions by engaging all necessary parties inside and outside the programme and identifying synergies, up & downstream impacts etc
    • Ensuring quality documentation of CR records, both by business requestors (e.g. Problem statements, Benefits, etc) and scrum team (E.g. Solution, impacts, dependencies, estimates etc)
    • Working closely with business and technology partners to optimize priorities against costs and benefits
    • Co-ordinating and tracking all CR through the change approval process
    • Chairing and facilitating the weekly CEE Enhancements & Change Approval Board forum
    • Serve as a point of contact and escalation point for stakeholder queries on CRs
  • Own the CEE CR process, including:
    • Ongoing refinements for pain points / efficiencies
    • Alignment across CEE teams
    • Management of the Confluence & JIRA tools used
  • Prepare MI
    • Creation of dashboards and other tools to provide a view of the CR portfolio
    • Input to monthly PgSC packs
    • Represent CEE at the monthly CLDM Change Management Forum

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working in systems change, programme management, PMO or similar role
  • Understanding of wholesale banking products, processes and an appreciation of the role of front-line staff and their needs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders across segments/product areas
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across business and technology
  • Strong co-ordination skills to drive and track a large number of CRs across multiple teams
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills
