OCBC is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist for Frank. In this role, you will implement and manage digital marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition and engagement targets mainly through owned and earned media
To be successful in this role, you need to balance creativity and data, and have a digital-first mindset with a pulse on new technologies in the online and digital marketing space.
Responsibilities

    Identify and execute opportunities to improve Frank and our content's search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom (branded) of our marketing funnel. Lead the website development programs with Design teams; cra ft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs. Sustain and develop the company's voice across all blog/ video (podcasts) content that will drive consumer engagement Create SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.


Qualifications
  1. A passion and strong understanding of the banking and Fintech space
  2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
  3. Content creation and editing ability across website, video/ audio (podcasts) blogs and digital platforms
  4. Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, SEM, PPC, Blogs, Podcasts, Social media
  5. An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies/ data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  6. Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools
  7. Web development: Strong knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and SEO
