Job Description:

Develops Digital Transformation specific propositions and build substantial and sustainable pipelines
Helps sell & delivers major Digital assignments with far reaching impacts to the client
Maximizes utilization on complex, large and high risk assignments
Establishes effective and influential networks which are key to evolving opportunities
Develops and empowers team members though formal and informal feedback readily coaching and mentoring your own team and client staff
10-15 years in consulting having led Business driven Digital solutions
Understands consulting as a business and can demonstrate competency in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions
At least 2 years' involvement in at least one aspect of a digital transformation (e.g., business modeling, digital marketing, digital growth strategies, etc.)
Proven capability to position the organisation as a trusted advisor to clients and experienced in advising on how Digital solutions can be exploited to create a competitive advantage in both B2C and B2B verticals
Demonstrated ability to lead people; organize, develop and motivate a team; get results through others; excellent project management/planning skills
Conducted pre-sales activities, developed new client relationships, qualifying opportunities, created and delivered proposals and successfully closed new business.
Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration and problem solving skills
Hands on experience working with engagements/transformational by nature
Strong personal network and reputation in key markets.
