Description

  • Assist in the overall planning, analysis, implementation and communication of sales incentive program in Retail Bank
  • Responsible for supporting monthly sales review of banker performance to management, including call logs, appointments tracking, revenues and forecasts
  • Responsible for timely and accurate communication of sales leaderboard, EBR Enhancer, Loyalty Award to sales platform
  • Ensure strict adherence to approval process for all sales incentive, including review of tactical mechanics and memo
  • Responsible for quarterly incentive adjustment cycles for sales bankers
  • Responsible for tracking and managing quarterly scorecard and annual discretionary payouts of sales managers
  • Reporting of tactical contribution to regional team per VIC policy
  • Communication and managing of BSC acknowledgement to sales staff and managers
  • Responsible for testing and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual MCA

Requirements:
  • A graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Consumer Banking
  • Previous sales incentive planning will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
