Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the overall planning, analysis, implementation and communication of sales incentive program in Retail Bank
  • Responsible for target setting, incentive tracking and performance evaluation of Specialists Sales Teams, including Bancassurance Sales and Treasury Sales Specialists
  • Responsible for day-to-day compliance, audit, governance, exceptions processes and dispute resolution of incentive plans
  • Responsible for successful implementation and tracking of regional initiatives in-country
  • Support business reviews through tracking and production of management reports for both regional office and business
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to "Make RM the Best" by delivering best-in-class outcomes in the 4 areas of Recruitment and Retention; Performance Management; Training and Recognition; Portfolio Analytics:
    • Recruitment and Retention: assist in working closely with the recruitment and management team to implement recruitment and retention strategies
    • Performance Management: assist in providing timely and accurate performance management metrics so as to drive performance
    • Training and Recognition: collaborate with training and HR teams to enhance training; and to plan, execute and track recognition programs
    • Portfolio Analytics: collaborate with segments and decision management teams to ensure defensive approach towards portfolios of attrited banker


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • A graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Consumer Banking
  • Previous sales incentive planning will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
