Global TA Change & Enablement Lead

We are currently looking for a Global TA Change & Deployment lead who will be responsible for driving greater adoption of the new Taleo system and business process changes specifically related to Talent Acquisition (TA). They will work closely with a number of stakeholders, including the local TA teams, TA Transformation team and the Change & Deployment network to ensure that new TA changes land successfully within country.

Strategy and Approach

The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the TA adoption and deployment plan, to agreed timelines and quality:

  • Evaluating end user adoption through defined measures and provision of feedback to global programme / project team
  • Work closely with the TA teams across the globe to drive greater adoption of Taleo and business process changes
  • Definition of effectiveness measures and the mechanisms for tracking success. Working with key stakeholders to obtain agreement
  • Work closely with the TA transformation programme team to prioritise change and deployment activities, align these activities with other in country activities and ensure engagement according to agreed deployment and adoption plans
  • Integration of global TA change and deployment activities into holistic Regional Change & Deployment project plans
  • QA of overall TA activities to ensure aligned stakeholder engagement and reduced end user impact
  • Consolidate and manage Global TA risks and mitigation activities, with any issues being reported to the global TA transformation programme team and Change & Deployment forum
  • Responsible for the ongoing project management of all TA change and deployment delivery globally
  • Collation of TA Change Impact Assessments / Business Change Readiness Assessments globally
  • Evaluation of end user readiness through defined measures and provision of feedback to global programme / project team
  • Work with the country HR communications team to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
  • Development of strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed

Risk and Compliance

1. Prepare materials for governance meetings as required including Board quality presentations
2. Ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved via the defined escalation process is in place
3. Ensure key person risks (BaU and project) are mitigated
4. Manage project and deployment governance through the appropriate forums and governance as set by the bank
5. Ensure all Project documents are audit ready at all times
6. Maintain Project Document Repository in SharePoint
7. Understand the project lifecycle and ensure all stages of the lifecycle are managed accordingly

The successful applicant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable
  • 10+ years of project management, change management, or transformation experience; prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
  • Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business team and working environment
  • Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Change Management
  • Experience working within Human Resources and/or Financial Services preferable
  • Taleo, SuccessFactors or Data Analytics experience an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint, MS Project skills
  • Experience in using social collaboration and communication platforms such as 'Jive' or other intranet based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team leader, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
  • Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading best practices
  • Developing and executing robust change and adoption strategies
  • Communicating effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition desirable
  • Project Management accreditation - PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2
  • Evidence of prior experience managing and influencing stakeholders at Executive/Board level and providing high quality presentations and updates
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
  • Demonstrated competency in decision making and problem solving; resource management; conflict management; leadership; and planning, prioritising and goal setting.
