Description

  • This position will help support the timely execution of management TP&A routines including: reports/metrics, coordination and facilitation of management programs and initiatives, including but not limited to: Goal setting, talent processes, organizational design, performance management and leadership development. Support coordination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, including preparation and data analysis of metrics and materials
Scope of Work:
  • Tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gaps
  • Contributes to and/or creates internal communications
  • Creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations
  • Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts in own area and basic knowledge of other technical areas
  • Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives
  • Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams


Qualifications

  • Minimum BS/BA degree
  • Degree with minimum 3 years of related experience required
  • Demonstrates knowledge of in-scope business and product areas
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skill
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools specifically Word and Excel, Access is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables while working with minimal supervision in a large, global corporate environment
