  • Technical SME for IaaS and PaaS solutions with PCF, GemFire experience along with Chef, Ansible configuration management tools
  • Able to co-ordinate day-to-day operational support and 24x7 out of office support of 2500+ Webhosting instances used by 200+ GCG applications, co-ordinate in strategic and customer initiatives to maintain service availability, co-ordinate in maintaining sector risk and compliance posture, and participate in sector technology initiatives
  • Plan, install, and maintain webhosting products to ensure an efficient data processing environment
  • Interface with outside vendors to coordinate software problem resolution and pro-active patching
  • Perform system performance monitoring and tuning; participate in capacity planning and products configurations
  • Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel
  • In conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines, develop procedures and standards for operations personnel
  • Act as manager for systems projects, coordinating team activities, with systems development and data center operations personnel.
  • Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new software or software upgrades
  • Co-ordinate project plans and activities with user and technology management
  • Coordinate and participate in Continuity Of Business drill
  • Perform proper prioritization and evaluation of business requirements prioritizing according to the order of Franchise Critical, Gold, Silver, and Bronze applications
  • Responsible to take ownership and drive multiple challenging tasks assignment across all CTI ASPAC Datacenter teams
  • Participate in global Webhosting initiatives, meetings and projects


  • Level 3 knowledge of the enterprise-bus solutions and enterprise integration applications products like TIBCO EMS, BW, BPM, IPE, MQA, ADB and Hawk
  • Competitive knowledge of the Unix and Wintel operating systems and associated tools
  • Knowledge of Hawk rule scripting
  • Standard office automation products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Has a basic understanding of the Global Consumer business, able to provide solutions to cater to business needs
  • Able to perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and analyze incident patterns to prevent re-occurrence and maintain/improve service availability
  • Able to communicate and articulate in lay man's term
  • Ability to effectively lead without authority, leveraging on virtual teams to get the job done
  • Knowledge on monitoring tools like Willy, patrol BMC-BAA
  • Knowledge on SSL communications between partner systems
  • Ability to implement Processes and Procedures creating controls and standardization across large regions
  • Knowledgeable in IT operations and corresponding ticketing and change management systems such as ResolveIT, Service Now
  • Knowledge of risk and control processes such as RCSA, MCA, and corresponding tools such as Catalyst
