Supply Chain Management - Strategy and Analysis
Commercial Transaction's operating model enables CTI to leverage its scale and strategy to meet our financial targets, mitigate risk and improve time-to-market. This role is to manage our capital expenditures and resulting transactions within the APAC region.
Job Description:
Vendor Management:
  • Maintain diversified Regional/Global Vendor relationships
  • Vendor performance analysis and risk analysis (Capital Management Vendor Tracking/CASP+)
  • Global vendor transactions (Quarterly)
  • Forecast reporting (define the optimal vendor stocking levels to support T2M DC capacity requirements)
  • Converged infrastructure tracking
Strategic Capital Management Planning:
  • Define and implement process enhancements to our Global Request Management System (ServiceNow)
  • Develop the long term Fixed Asset remediation process
  • Implement global asset acceleration programs with our vendors for Tier 1 to Tier 3 solutions
Financial Management:
  • Ability to manage and report on the appropriate Global Account Codes (GOC)
  • Initiate the financial approval process (IEP) for Data Center requests
  • Capture Monthly Purchase reporting through P2P Procurement tool
  • Manage Cost Savings Analysis (Competitive Purchases/Inventory Redeployment)
Inventory Management:
  • Operational Management of the fixed asset process
  • Manage asset redeployment
  • Asset Disposition (review of Data Center provided manifest, determine what assets are viable for redeployment/Asset Disposition)
  • Interface with Data Center/FAS (Financial write-offs obtained and Fixed Asset updates are made)
  • Hardware Requisitioning - Management of the End to End Requisition process
  • Review of ServiceNow design documentation (manage to Technology Standard Matrix)
  • Vendor quotation analysis (manage global standard pricing matrix)
  • Execution of P2P requisition's (utilizing the appropriate Global Account Code matrix - GOC)
  • Manage P2P approval flow to purchase order execution
  • Vendor Management of PO delivery
  • Maintenance of ServiceNow records (requisition/PO detail/vendor/tracking)                              
In collaborate with:
  • Customers - All Citi business units
  • Partners - Infrastructure Planning, CATE, Procurement, Product Management, Capacity Planning, DC Planning, FP&A, O&T Risk
  • Vendors
  • For server and storage - mainly IBM, Oracle, HP, EMC and Hitachi
  • For data network and voice - mainly Cisco, Arista, Avaya, NICE
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
  • Be well-versed in policy and procedures across all commercial aspects of CTI
  • Proactive review and analysis to ensure data integrity across all areas of responsibility
  • Actively manage and support risk assessment and supplier management activities
  • Support process enhancements to streamline and strengthen services
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Provide in-depth analysis and critical thinking to ensure data integrity across all areas of responsibility
  • Use assorted tools/technology (MS PowerPoint, Access, Excel) to automate data gathering and analysis
  • Provide strong analytics and reporting to ensure compliance with all areas of responsibility
Governance & Risk:
  • Lead and support CTI engagement in internal and external audits
  • Remediate audit findings
  • Review and support the supplier contracts and renewal process
Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with CSSMP and Risk Management procedures and establishing effective communication across the CTI organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to track and report key initiatives contributing to cost reductions
  • To provide overall transparency for requestors in the end-to-end financial process
  • Guide key stakeholders through the end-to-end process of relevant area of responsibility
