As an experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional, you'll be making decisions of a global and strategic nature that impact our customers, clients, and businesses around the globe. Your expertise in analyzing complex data systems, anticipating problems, and finding ways to mitigate risk, will be key in leading a high performing team to successfully design and navigate the program roadmap. By incorporating your knowledge of business drivers, you will affect change and lead development of innovative improvements and world-class practices. Your team will be responsible for driving results, and implementing multiple, complex programs that span the breadth of the business, and they'll look to you to provide the technical leadership to move them forward. The Network Services Remediation Engineer ensures network technology designs, practices, and procedures are consistent with JPMC global risk and control standards. They coordinate risk remediation activities and analyze potential risks in the firm's highly complex network infrastructure and software environments. They are considered network technology subject matter experts for risk related matters pertaining to the network products in which they are aligned.


Qualifications:

  • Deep and wide knowledge of large complex network topologies and technologies
  • 5+ years of network technology and the application of audit, regularity and control design
  • Expert in control assessments and remediation, control governance and metrics, incident management, secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management and data protection
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner to these groups
  • Experience with implementation and oversight of technology risk, tracking findings, and executing remediation activities
  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong conceptual, analytical, decision making, planning, time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate oral and written ideas in a clear, concise manner, at all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in planning, coordination and implementation and the ability to work across teams and functions to execute and deliver
  • Aptitude to upskill and learn new technologies based on dynamic requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field is required
