SGUnited Trainee, Operations Specialist, Technology & Operations
The position reports to Customer Updates Manager and will be working with stakeholders from various Business and Support Units to continue to improve customer experience by streamlining processes, enhancing digitalization and strengthening operational efficiency.
1) Frequent review of end to end ops processes, suggest Process Improvement opportunities that yield productivity gain, process efficiecy or risk management.
2) Active engagement with key stakeholders on demand management and resource planning.
3) Support system enhancement, requirement gathering and serve as a main contact point for Tech/Biz/ops stakeholders
4) Plan, generate & execute UAT test scripts for system enhancement projects, coordinate LV support.
Degree in any relevant field
Meticulous with an eye for detail
A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Organized with good problem solving skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
