Segment Manager, Premier Segment, Global Consumer Financial Services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop value proposition and strategies useful in improving customer relationship and attracting new customers.
- Develop and coordinate acquisition programmes, leveraging on data analytics and market study to achieve effective targeting
- Develop loyalty programs and event management to increase stickiness to Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
- Ability to analyse statistics and data points to identity opportunities for wealth cross-sell.
- Ensure consistent and regular engagement to Premier banking and Premier Private Client customers with targeted and relevant communications.
- Manage service standards in Premier Centres to ensure consistent delivery of quality service.
- A good degree with at least 6 years' in the financial services industry
- Analytical and able to think creatively and strategically
- Experience in segment management and/or analytics preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
