Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Executive to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, program continuity and maintain healthy renewal rate
  • Attend to consumer enquiries related to the program (both email and hotline enquiries)
  • Marketing campaign and events management
  • Develop and maintain digital marketing campaign project plans
  • Develop and refine marketing materials
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and objectives
  • Conduct trainings and program performance review
Client Management:
  • Relationship management of existing affinity clients
  • Develop marketing plans with clients to achieve business objectives
  • Propose and management of marketing campaigns
  • Manage clients' expectations as relates to program performance objectives
  • Explore new cross-sell and/or penetration opportunities (i.e. products, programs, etc.)
Business Development:
  • Achieve continual growth for existing program via digital marketing and manage collaborations with partners
  • Assist in the launch of new affinity programs
  • I dentify Affinity cross-sell / upsell opportunities for existing clients (both Affinity and non-Affinity clients)

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience (e.g. affinity program solutions, marketing, etc.)
  • Computer skills and general IT literacy
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic, creative and independent thinker
