We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Risk Manager.
The purpose of the role of the Distribution Risk Manager (“DRM”) is to direct the effective identification, assessment, management, monitoring and mitigation of distribution risk across all distribution channels.
The role is responsible for enabling the business through supporting its ambitious growth aspirations and in the achievement of its strategic goals. The DRM will be responsible for the identification, monitoring and aggregating the overall risk profile and will oversee distribution related risk for the business and provide their recommendations to the CRO.
The role holder will provide SLOD oversight to the FLOD teams across all channels as well as building a culture to support and empower individuals to make decisions in a rapid manner to support business development/growth
