With ongoing demands to effectively attract and retain top talents, our client a global consultancy firm is looking to hire multiple Senior Consultants within their Rewards team.
This is not an internal HR role but rather a consultant role.
In this role, you will be working with clients across different industries to tailor their rewards strategy to address compensation and performance issues.
You will be working instantaneously across different projects would include reviewing and recommending pay levels, designing bonus structure, manpower planning, promotion criteria and targets, monitoring and modifying HR operational guidelines, etc.
Qualified candidates will have:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience and in-depth technical knowledge in Talent and Rewards solutions in Singapore.
- Experience working as a consultant with ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally
- Track record of running and/or working on projects related to Total Rewards roll out.
- Ability to effectively provide insight on relevance of benefits plan, competitiveness and adequacy of benefits provision, utilization and spend trending
