The role we are hiring for is with the Trust Department who will be supporting the trust managers in managing a portfolio of trusts and companies. The said role is a new addition to support the current demands and also cater for enhanced growth plan of the Trust management in Singapore.

 

Key Responsibilities


Day to day Trust Administration/Management Support:

 

  • Prepare trustee related documents, including but not limited to preparing draft trustee and company minutes, completing standard bank account documentation of account opening and/or account maintenance, completing investments, LPOA, credit facility life insurance related documentation;
  • Extract and input background, due diligence information for Trust manager to review incoming receipt of funds/assets.
  • Create payment card upon TM receiving client’s request of distribution or payments.
  • Arrange general filing and archiving of trust documents.
  • Update KYC information regularly to improve data quality.
  • Run scrutiny searches on trust related parties and businesses and forward results to trust managers for review/rating.
  • Support trust managers in any ad-hoc, cross divisional, Trust management projects/initiatives which include but not limited to preparation of client letters etc.

 

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft office
  2. IT and computer savvy
  3. Good communication skill and team player

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Trust knowledge and experience
  2. Corporate secretarial experience or knowledge
  3. Trust estate Practitioner (TEP) qualified
  4. Degree holder
