About the role
The incumbent will support the security governance and compliance activities in the Bank. The responsibilities of the candidate include ensuring the compliance of the policy architecture to the regulatory requirements, reporting of key metrics and security awareness. Responsibilities
Develop, review and update information security policies and standards to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements Track and monitor new security regulatory guidelines, and assess the compliance of and impact to the Bank's security policy architecture Work with Line of Business Technology units to ensure compliance to the security legislative requirements and regulatory guidelines Assess the security deviations and risk acceptance raised by Business Units/ Support Units Review and update cybersecurity risk assessment methodology and conduct cybersecurity risk assessment for critical systems Support security updates and reporting to business and support units. Support and maintain security awareness and training programs Design, produce and analyse IT security metrics for optimal effectiveness and benchmarking Requirements
Experienced IS security professional with minimum 8 years of experience preferred in designing and implementing security solutions in a Banking environment Familiar with security technology solutions such as but not limited to: IDS, IPS, anti-virus, content filtering, secure email solutions, network sniffing, log analysis, forensics and VPN Possess good technical knowledge in various security tools (end-point, network, authentication etc) with comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements Must be solutions-oriented; ability to work with all levels of management and staff; ability to present recommended security controls/processes to key stakeholders Proactive, analytical and independent worker with strong organization skills and performance-oriented, demonstrate effectiveness to track and follow up on the assigned projects Regional experience is preferred and the ability to travel on need-to basis Apply Now
