IT Risk and Security Compliance Officer, International European Bank, Prague

My client, a prestigious and world-leading exchange organisation is looking for an IT Risk and Security Compliance Officer to join its Core IT Operations department. Providing support to critical applications and environments, keeping the entire organisation afloat. Truly a role where no two days are the same.
Using mainly Java, Web and C++ applications as well as Fronted and Backend security skills, you will be responsible for a wide ranging tech stack with a lot of space for growth and personal development along the way.
In this role you will be responsible for managing risks as well as independently taking support of security contents and processes as well as acting as an interface between build and run teams alongside external and internal auditors. Ensuring secure, compliant processes as well as managing the resources provided to staff within the department.
You will be expected to:
- Be the POC for security risk within the department, supporting this whole process
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing risk, security and audit relevant documentation
- Constantly improving the processes through your time at the company
- A Consultant for the implementation of security standards
We expect you to have:
- An understanding of ISO 27000 and the related family of information security standards
- A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
- Excellent written and spoken English, French/German being a bonus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
- An understanding of risk and security requirements
- A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
