Job Purpose:

• Provide support to UK Benefits Manager on all UK benefits plans but with specific focus on  all of Citi's Health and Wellbeing programs, benefits and services. 


Job Background/context:


• The role will work closely with third parties who provide the Citi Health Centre, PMI, OH, GIP and EAP benefits in the UK
• The role will involve working closely with the HR community across all Citi businesses in the UK



Key Responsibilities:


To support UK Benefits Manager in carrying out the following duties:
• Relationship manager role with PMI providers and intermediary to ensure smooth running of service to UK employees
• Relationship manager role with Citi Health Centre service to enable smooth running of Centres for UK employees
• Relationship manager role with OH service to enable smooth process management between OH, HR and UK employees
• Relationship manager role with GIP service to enable smooth process management between provider, claims manager, HR and UK employees
• Relationship manager role with EAP service to enable smooth process management between EAP, OH, HR and UK employees
• Manage the FAS106 former employee review together with intermediary and manage the PMI For Life benefit
• Subject matter expert role for provision of health benefits under the Citi flexible benefits plan and provide support in the annual flexible benefits enrolment process
• General guidance to HR on all UK benefits matters
• Lead the Live Well at Citi Health and Wellbeing programme

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

• Detailed understanding of UK benefits and flexible benefits plans
• Extensive years of benefits experience in similar benefits area



Skills:


• High level of numerical and problem-solving skills;
• PC literate with an advanced knowledge of Excel essential as well as ability to interpret and present data
