12 month contract either London or Belfast --- £460 a day PAYE/Umbrella
Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide advanced knowledge of applications to ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Requirements Analysis, Capture & Development of the etrading platform
- Business & Technical Requirements - Capture / Analysis
- Development of the etrading infrastructure platform
- Implementing Internal / External Network Connectivity Changes
- Service Now - An understanding of Testing / UAT coordination
- Collaboration with the global business and development teams
- Troubleshoot Infrastructure performance and scalability issues
- Support 3rd Party Vender ION Application
- Third line support of the platform
Technical Skills
- Understanding of Internal & External Network Connectivity - (Gateways, Firewall & Routers)
- Relational database concepts and knowledge in SQL
- RedHat & Wintel O/S Admin Experience
- Infra Decommissioning / Builds
- Strong problem solving skills
