What you will be doing

 

  • To manage and nurture customer relationships within a defined territory
  • Support and join local business networks to build relationships as local business representative
  • Generate new business and proactively manage pipeline of leads within area through a range of relationships and networking within your area
  • Partner with key stakeholders within recognised network, ensuring first choice for all referrals
  • Utilise tools and technology to find and make contact with local prospects
  • Build and maintain a network of introducers
  • Share leads with other Regional Business Managers, Tele sales teams and Corporate Business as appropriate
  • Apply the sales methodology technique in order to identify customer needs, propose correct solutions, negotiate and agree best terms possible for Company and customer
  • Complete appropriate paperwork with customer adhering to legal and compliance policies and standards, and ‘right first time’ guidelines
  • Identify cross selling opportunities
  • Understand and develop local relationships and knowledge of territory, use local knowledge to fuel self generation of leads.
  • Be able to feed back on local trends including, competitor insight, customer needs, sales and lead information, product and marketing requirements
  • Support Regional Director with induction of new team members, sharing best practice and buddying when required

  • UK driving licence
  • Enthusiasm, commitment and self motivation
  • A willingness to undertake further training as required
