The Digital Learning team is a key part of the Human Resources (HR) Talent and Development function and focusses on providing high quality learning to all Deutsche Bank employees across the globe.
The team is responsible for providing great quality learning solutions and bespoke curation across a selection of key topics/skills that will enable employees to be fit for the future and shape life-long careers.
Acting as the Centre of Excellence we manage a multi-language virtual classroom offering and a portfolio of digital libraries. We also provide ongoing support and learning consultancy to the business on how to maximise the existing offering and leverage digital channels for learning.
As a talented training and development specialist you will be responsible for shaping the central learning offering that we provide globally to all employees. You will be experienced in designing new products yourself and indirectly through third party vendors. You will have experience of managing a significant product offerings and programmes, ideally on a global scale, with experience of communicating and influencing across geographies and cultures.
