Are you an experienced Finance professional with some knowledge and experience of within Financial Services?

If so, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Central Finance Treasury Reporting team supporting primarily (but not exclusively) the Commercial Banking (CB) division. You will lead and develop a team of 4-5 colleague driving forward BAU delivery and process improvements and building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

The Financial Reporting Team sits within the Pan-Finance Centre of Excellence, Central Finance and undertakes the production, analysis and assurance of Statutory returns and disclosures for Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland and other Lloyds Banking Group entities on an individual and consolidated basis, and the production of associated, assured internal disclosures for the RNS statements.

As a Financial Reporting Manager, s upporting the Treasury platforms Intercompany processes, you'll be accountable for the delivery of a smooth and timely month end cycle, ensuring all material Intercompany relationships are accurately reflected in the accounting systems (Oracle and SAP).

You'll have excellent stakeholder management skills and with the ability to manage & build relationships with key divisional stakeholders to support prompt resolution of Intercompany mismatches. You'll be highly organised and will ensure the delivery and management of ad hoc requests and the provision of SME support to help drive the Bank's change agenda.

You'll ideally be a qualified accountant, studying for a professional finance qualification or have equivalent relevant experience. You must have a good understanding of accounting concepts and management reporting of income statement, balance sheet or capital and a practical understanding of financial systems and processes. You'll need to show your ability to undertake detailed analytical review and reconciliations and how you collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
