HRIS Specialist – Leeds

Our prestigious client a global financial services technology firm are looking for an exceptional HRIS specialist to join their IT function based from Leeds.
This will be a global role based out of North West and is critical to the people team ensuring all the HR systems are maintained to a world class standard.
The role includes maintaining the configuration of the HR systems, leading implementations, testing and roll out. Recommend system and process improvements and maintain and establish new processes, building and testing of processes made to the HR systems. Work across operations, business transformation and wider change request. Act as system admin for the people team, handling the governance of systems security and systems controls.
We are looking for an experienced HRIS specialist with a minimum of 2 years systems experience, background in programme management of projects, experience maintaining testing and configuring HR systems ( Sage people preferred but not essential) . Experience of change control and system governance, demonstrate ability to provide insights and recommendations on all aspects of HR operations. Outstanding at capturing data, identifying patterns and making decisions, knowledge of Orgvue, Page up, learning Pool, ADP , Docusign sytems is advantageous but not essential.
