As part of their expansion plans our client now seek a capable Analyst to assist with the assessment, underwriting and analysis of deals.
You will:
- Work closely with clients
- Analyse real estate financing opportunities
- Review existing facilities
- Cashflow modelling
- Report and assess complex property transactions
- Liaising and negotiating with borrowers and lenders
- Ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will be self-starting, hard-working and ambitious. You will have at least 18 months recent experience in a similar financing area such as a Bank and with a grasp of Commercial Real Estate.
