The banks growth Strategy for this business supports the need to identify an Associate or AD/VP hire to work on both the Origination and Execution of a broad range of Financing transactions.
The team covers both CRE deals as well as wider Corporate and FI (Bank and NBFI) Structured Financings.
Applications are sought from candidates with strong deal experience gained in a loan financing team from a major investment or commercial banking group able to demonstrate strong credit skills as well as understanding of Loan Financing.
Previous CRE, Corporate or FI loan financing experience is equally valued as this role will over transactions across all three areas.
