The main purpose of the role is to deliver administration processing services for a joint project being progressed by Quilter Financial Planning and Old Mutual Wealth (OMW) Platform to deliver a centralised process across Quilter Private Client Advisers and Quilter Financial Advisers to enable existing clients to migrate to the OMW Platform without requiring individual face to face advice.

This will be achieved by:

  1. Identify the clients, etc. which are in scope due to cost savings and then remove out of scope holdings (i.e. by discounting holdings which cannot be moved due to tax advantages; broader functionality; etc.);
  2. For each client to identify their entire holding in terms of products and underlying investment solutions;
  3. To identify funds which are not already available through the OMW platform and expand the range to include new asset classes, funds and fund management groups
  4. We will communicate with clients to gain consent for the transfer based on a focused Suitability Report outlining the benefits of transferring to the OMW platform. This will be a bulk transfer process (where possible), relying on centralised research and limited adviser involvement to support the movement of assets from each existing product provider to OMW platform.
