Client manager role for a highly successful and growing third party platform to the fund management industry.
This person will be responsible for client relationship management with institutional clients and operate as technical expert for operations and new client mandates.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship management.
- Training and support for new and existing clients re any changes, improvements etc.
- Managing the new client onboarding process.
- Thoroughly understand client requirements and articulate to the relevant teams/stakeholders internally and externally.
- Regular service reviews with clients
- Oversee client change initiatives
Requirements
- Highly client focused with proven experience in a client relationship role.
- Ideally a background in B2B working with Institutional / corporate clients.
- Strong operations knowledge / experience - this person will work with a variety of clients on different initiatives
- This person must come from an asset manager, fund platform or third party in order to work with the clients and understand their requirements.
