Client Manager

This person will be responsible for client relationship management with institutional clients and operate as technical expert for operations and new client mandates.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management.
• Training and support for new and existing clients re any changes, improvements etc.
• Managing the new client onboarding process.
• Thoroughly understand client requirements and articulate to the relevant teams/stakeholders internally and externally.
• Regular service reviews with clients
• Oversee client change initiatives

Requirements

• Highly client focused with proven experience in a client relationship role.
• Ideally a background in B2B working with Institutional / corporate clients.
• Strong operations knowledge / experience  - this person will work with a variety of clients on different initiatives
• This person must come from an asset manager, fund platform or third party in order to work with the clients and understand their requirements.
