I am currently working with an international bank based in the heart of the city in the recruitment of someone to manage the banks client services department.
Responsibilities of the role include: –
- Customer/account opening and maintenance
- Dealing with customer queries
- Maintaining the Bank’s static data
- User maintenance on the Bank’s online banking platform
- Nostro reconciliation and investigations are effectively managed daily
- Ensure Complaints Handling processing is stringently managed
- Develop, update, and maintain Function procedures and SLAs
To be successful in the role you must have fundamental experience in complaints management and reporting as well and strong knowledge of nostro reconciliations and investigations. A working understanding of the payments sphere is a must also: SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS etc. In return they are offering a salary up to £50,000 plus benefits and bonus.
