Corporate Development Manager | Technology | £80-90,000 plus bonus and LTIP
Location: London (hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)
A high growth PE backed data centre business is looking for a Corporate Development Manager. The Corporate Development Manager position will sit at a corporate level and support the Finance Director with a broad range of corporate development projects.
The Corporate Development Manager will be involved in identifying potential acquisition targets, due diligence, equity & debt capital raising, investor relations, manage the group forecast model and a range of other strategic and commercial projects. This could also include project financing, project acquisition or other commercial ventures.
Needless to say this is a high profile role within a growing organisation and you will most certainly make a direct impact on their future growth!!
The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with several years post-qualified experience in a similar or transferable role. Someone within one of the corporate finance teams of a Big Four professional services firm will equally be considered alongside individuals with existing in-house corporate development, FP&A, M&A, financial modelling or project management experience. Strong financial modelling, commercial acumen and stake holder management skills are essential.
