To work as part of the FIS team, effectively providing a hands on advisory service that meets or exceeds client expectations and supports the Partner/Manager team. Primarily focused on client project delivery, gaining broad experiences and self-development.

•Is aware of the wide range of Grant Thornton services and spots opportunities to sell those services to clients whilst promoting FIS to other Grant Thornton departments.
•Is actively involved in office marketing events when appropriate and is an 'ambassador' of the firm.

•Manage client projects and expectations on deliverables / productions with minimal manager involvement.
•Keeps organised records of work done and conclusions reached.
•Maintains assignment files and identifies key issues early to discuss with a Manager.
•Carries out analysis work effectively and neatly without error, so that it can be included in any report provided to the client.
•Is aware that FIS reports and the opinions given are dependent on the accurate and efficient analysis work being carried out by junior staff.
•Builds a trusted relationship with client staff.
•Where appropriate, reviews and appraises the work of other team members.
•Brings to the attention of senior staff all matters requiring their attention and decision.
•Attends training courses as identified in order to develop both technical and personal skills and keeps records for CPD purposes.

Who were looking for:
•Degree/Masters. Not essential to be related to a specific area of business or science.
•Minimum 12 months hand-on experience using and supporting business critical software applications/platforms in a client facing role.
•Data manipulation skills and techniques.
•Excellent communication skills
•Relativity Certified Administrator (or working towards)
•Exposure to eDiscovery tools: Relativity, Clearwell, Others
•Knowledge of EDRM lifecycle and managing projects and client data hosted in eDiscovery platforms and solutions.
~~Operating as part of FIS, DFG (Digital Forensics Group) provides the technology solutions which support our client base (internal and external) in relation to large scale and complex litigation, investigations and regulatory matters with all projects requiring individual and specific attention.
The successful candidate will join the project management team and be responsible for the management, throughout the case lifecycle, of both internal and external client projects and associated data within our managed eDiscovery and document review solutions which include both Relativity and Clearwell.
Eventually assuming responsibility for multiple projects, you will have some experience to both manage and execute client service requests ensuring quality and accuracy at all times. Together with senior Project Managers you will have ownership of the projects and will be expected to both manage and manipulate client data in accordance with instructions as well as fully supporting the client review team in effective and best practice use of the review platforms for analysis, document review and final production/disclosure.
You will also work closely with the wider DFG team to help co-ordinate any initial forensic collection of data and subsequent extraction and data processing phases, you will then provide on-going support through to and including final disclosure ensuring quality control at all times.
This is a hands-on role and some experience in providing support and providing best practice advice in the use of business critical IT systems in a demanding and deadline driven environment is a must.
