The Opportunity
- Delivering marketing qualified leads and conversion to revenue
- Optimising the quality/ quantity of sales qualified leads via the Recruiter Hub
- Building brand awareness with senior decision makers for eFinancialCareers core markets
- Delivering transparency on key b2b initiatives internally
Responsibilities
The demand generation manager will be working in a matrix environment, working across a number of functions to include sales, content, customer success, product, technology and editorial.
- Building and executing b2b demand generation campaigns across – web/email/social media (organic & paid), to deliver marketing qualified leads
- Driving results across the entire funnel; awareness/ consideration, conversion, and retention using a test-and-learn approach
- Working with sales to ensure SLA-based following up of leads and conversion to revenue
- Evaluating digital marketing campaigns and driving optimised results
- Working with the content manager to define themes addressing key pain points for customers and articulating these themes into a compelling customer content
- Driving account-based marketing initiatives for global accounts
- Owning the lead scoring/ nurture programme and making recommendations based on results
- Tracking, measuring, and developing a reporting cadence on marketing and sales metrics across all programs to internal stakeholders
- Owning a fixed annual marketing budget and manage ROI of spend
Essential Requirements - skills, attributes, experience
- 5-7 or more years of proven B2B work experience within a high preforming growth business
- Developed, managed and reported on online demand generation strategy, tactics and processes
- Experience of the full multimedia marketing mix (email/ web/ social media)
- Proven track record working with sales teams to increase conversion to revenue
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Creative skills and the ability to work and adhere to brand guidelines
- Organised, data-driven and outcome-oriented approach to all work
- Experience of working with third party suppliers – design, research, events
- Experience of using Marketo and Salesforce
