You'll be working in the Continuous Improvement Services Engineering team developing end user automation and solutions. We are a technology team covering end user services, who develop, integrate, test, document, maintain, support and decommission technology that is created to solve problems.
Do you want to define the way our infrastructure operates? Do you want to be on the forefront of Next Generation technology? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
- manage and deliver root cause assessments for complex technical issues
- define workarounds for known errors and spear head improvements
- partner with product management and development teams to bolster the end user experience
- user-focused, analytical, and compelled to solve problems
