They are seeking a Director to join the Credit Structuring group and take the lead for all credit structuring across their Energy and Infrastructure business. As such the role will focus on leading deal teams through full transaction cycles whilst understanding and negotiating documents and structures for a wide range of Non-Vanilla transactions.
Applications are sought from candidates ideally with a legal background who have moved into a structuring role and are seeking a fresh challenge. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience with complex transactions ideally with exposure to Energy & Infrastructure but candidates with experience of Complex Structuring gained across Transportation, Private Debt or Direct Lending will also be considered.
