The fund deploys equity long/short and long only strategies and has a unique approach to research. As such there is little emphasis on financial modelling and idea generation, although these qualities are desirable for the correct applicant.
This role is junior in its level (2-4 years) and demands someone who has a unique background with an interest in humanities and psychology as well as behavioural finance. You must have a passion for qualitative and quantitative research.
