An integral part of LBGs commitment to this is the FATCA, CRS & FSCS team, responsible for ensuring compliance Group wide with these regulations.

The team sits as part of the wider Client Assets Control Office; an integral part of Global Payments within Group Services, providing the team with great exposure to a broad range of activities, new ways of working, global regulation and exciting developments initiatives such as robotics across the wider bank.

In this broad reaching role, you'd be focussing upon and therefore display expertise on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) regulatory standards maintenance and control, including monitoring, analysing, challenging and reporting compliance across the Group. We'll provide you with the opportunity to work with an extremely wide range of stakeholders, with the Regulations impacting every Division, Legal Entity and customer within the Group. You'd be responsible for providing specialist technical support to stakeholders and guidance to management regarding tax transparency and FSCS compliance control related issues. It's a a great opportunity to shape the control environment as the team moves towards a BAU state, improving the Group's compliance, efficiency and forward thinking in relation to FATCA, CRS & FSCS.

Key accountabilities:
*Support resolution of compliance and other related issues and concerns arising from operational events, change programmes, and regulatory activity
*To be an SME in FATCA and CRS or FSCS policy procedures, reporting and systems to monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, schemes and standards
*To be the first point of contact in the event of a FATCA, CRS or FSCS material policy or regulatory breach
*Ensure timely and accurate escalation/reporting of regulatory standards breaches that have been notified to or identified by the Client Assets Control Office
*Ensure that internal and external policy and any relevant change is clearly communicated across relevant entities and/or Business Units and to identify and recommend any updates or improvements to the FATCA and CRS Standards, FSCS Standards and Policy Key Controls.
*Develop and grow technical competence and expert guidance capability to improve and end to end knowledge and experience and be able to provide guidance to others as appropriate
*Undertake key governance and analysis related activity including preparation and presentation of committee papers and stakeholder briefing material, as well as ensuring a robust library of supporting material, management information and audit trails
