Our client, a leading global firm, are seeking to add a professional and motivated candidate to their London-based Financial Services focused M&A team.

The firm has a global presence across various sectors, and are continuing their strong start to 2021 by adding a high-calibre M&A professional to the team. The role will focus on researching, analysing and executing the firm's acquisitions across a variety of geographies, including and as such, the firm is looking for a candidate with some of the following attributes:

Excellent prior FIG/FS sector M&A transactional/execution experience – within a top-tier bank or consultancy
Strong valuation/modelling capabilities
Broad communication skills

Our client is interested in candidates with outstanding academic backgrounds, and who ideally will have a combination of strong FIG/FS sector advisory/consultancy experience. Due to the expanding nature of the platform in London, the successful candidate will assume a high level of responsibility with the team, join a reputable global firm and can take the next step forward in their career.
