I am working with one of the most exciting, growing fintech consultancy firms in the UK to secure a Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in the continued growth of the business and international expansion plans. The Finance Analyst will report to the Head of FP&A and will gain significant exposure to the CFO and other C-Suite executives.
This Finance Analyst position is a very broad role providing exceptional commercial exposure and an opportunity to make a real impact in decision making. As well as providing budgetary support to the business, this individual will partner heavily with sales & commercial teams, seek to drive profitability and use their analytical skills to identify commercial risks & opportunities. The Finance Analyst will also take a lead role in a range of improvement projects aimed at driving automation.
The Finance Analyst role is a key hire for the business to support the Head of FP&A with the growth of the company. Therefore this is a fantastic opportunity to have a major impact on an exciting, expanding organisation.
This position requires a recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) although finalists may be considered. The client is simply looking for the right range of transferable skills and an individual with a positive, proactive approach.
