We are partnered with one of Europe's leading privately owned Real Estate businesses, responsible for one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK.
They are looking to bring in a dynamic and driven accountant as a Finance Business Partner. The role forms part of the newly established Development team and contributes to the business partnering relationship for the respective developments, the production of construction valuations as well as high quality spend, forecast and cash flow information related to their developments.
Working within a large finance team, you would have endless opportunities for progression and growth. With many examples of previous FBP's being promoted and moving to other areas of the business within the large commercial finance team.
They are looking for a part qualified accountant that ideally has experience within the construction/ development or real estate sector (although this is not essential).
Salary is £45k + Study Support
