Associate Director - CFO Practice, Technology & Investments
twentyAI are partnered with an investment bank that require a senior Change Implementation Consultant to support projects from start to completion focusing on business analysis with some project management. The role require ongoing interactions with various initiatives team working out of EMEA. This position will also be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally including Finance, Risk, Operations, Sales, and Trading and lead the finance team in region through change. In addition, this role needs to deliver business benefits and drive efficiency while keeping robust controls.
In this role, you will:
Identify, document and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, Business Analysis, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
Identify, and provide effective training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
Experience in Change Implementation and banking industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Significant 7~8 years of relevant work experience related to Business Analysis, Change Management and experience in handling large scale business transformation projects.
Experience within the financial services sector / investment banking
Strong proven ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyse data, and drive experience-centric change actions.
Earlier experience in scoping, business analysis, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team.
Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and or system implementations.
Familiarity with agile methodology and tools.
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
