Our client, a leading global investor and developer of data centres, are currently looking for an associate to sit within their investment team, focusing on financial modelling across investment, development and asset management. Working across Pan-European and UK deals, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm who are leaders within their space.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the investment management team with tracking, analysing and reporting the performence of real estate assets using financial models
- Reviewing all existing models, developing and creating from scratch high-level models
- Creating sophisticated financial models to track performance and analyse business plans
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in acquisition, construction, operations, finance and legal to identify and validify data
- Monitoring and updating the models throughout the full asset lifecycle from acquisiton
