Pre-sales and delivery, guiding the design and implementation of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
Drive the functional aspects of relevant ServiceNow propositions.
Driving the capture and specification of business and technical requirements of projects based on the SNOW platform, and further translating the requirements for technical developers through user stories.
Leading/managing both on/offshore resources, and responsible for the key elements of Design, Build, Test, and Implementation activities, further delegating and coaching other BAs necessary.
Fulfil SCRUM master role - in an agile delivery methodology.
Ensuring traceability mapping of business requirements through the project life cycle.
Driving the design/review of test cases and using an automated testing framework.
Providing functional input into sales cycles - includes, solutions, estimating, creating, and presenting client proposals.
Internal/External - Stakeholder management.
8+ years - Business Analyst/Functional Leadership background - in technology-enabled service management transformation (ServiceNow preferred but anything similar eg, HPSM/Remedy works as well).
5+ years working with Agile SDLC methodologies.
3+ years within project management - implementing tech-enabled service management workstreams.
Business Analyst certification eg IIBA, BCS
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least 1 product suite eg ITSM, ITBM)
Industry recognized - SCRUM Master certification
PRINCE 2 Foundation, or equivalent
ITIL Foundation certification (V4 preferred)
Proven experience in project management and agile tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)
IT Operating Model design experience
Pre-sales experience for ServiceNow solutions including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and client-facing presentations
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for technology
