Our goal is to help investors to make better use of indices in their investing process, and to provide actionable insights to our customers.
The team has an unusual mandate to conduct thought-provoking and free-thinking research into the drivers of markets, active and passive investment performance and a wide range of investment strategies.
We are a highly collaborative team, with a global mandate. We value intellectual honesty, curiosity, ambition and innovative thinking.
The Impact:
Our market-leading research helps investors, traders and other finance professionals to understand the role of index-linked investing, and to enhance their potential usage of indices as part of the investment process.
Our content is made freely available online, and frequently delivered live at conferences, at one-on-one meetings with clients and to media.
These materials form a crucial part of the conversations we have with our community of clients and users, used by our client-facing teams, our clients - and their clients - as well as media and the broader finance community.

  • You will also be able to articulate - via presentations, written materials, and meetings with clients and media - the value proposition of index-linked investments and their potential applications in a portfolio context.
  • In time, you will begin taking the lead on your own research projects, and begin to add your voice and perspective to our research, as well as developing an expertise in certain areas.
