You will be sitting alongside the traders on the trading desk, supporting their trading systems, building tools and working on the infrastructure of the trading system.
They are going to invest heavily in your training and development, with opportunities to move into the C++ infrastructure team, or become a hands on developer across one of the trading desks using C++ and Python.
